Not-for-profit public sector procurement body LHC will operate the Construction of New Homes (H2) framework which came into force this week and will run until September 2026.
The firms selected cover a mix of disciplines covering low and high-rise housing, care homes and student accommodation expertise as well as specialist trade contractors for groundworks and demolition.
