We are currently working with a reputable contractor in the UK looking to expand their major works, interiors, partitions and ceilings division. They have worked on projects across the UK. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The Role and responsibilities include:

• Handover from Estimating
• Tender Cost Value
• Start up a Financial file
• Establish valuation dates with clients
• Value all variations and submit to the client
• Instructions to be obtained for all variations
• Submit valuation to Client
• Cost value reconciliations
• Submit / agree final account
• Invoice retention release
• Place orders to Sub-contractors
• Instruct sub-contractors for variations
• Minimum of 3 Quantity Surveyor experience
• Experience in commercial, partitions, drylining, interiors
